How can I book a driver ?
You can book a driver by our quick book form available on the website or you can download our app to use our service with ease. You can even call us on the given numbers provided on our website to book a driver.
What are the different modes of payment you support?
Right now two modes of payment are supported. You can either pay us online through credit or debit card or you can directly pay cash to the driver.
Can I book Your driver for someone else using my credit/debit card?
Yes you can. Just provide their personal details and the address where driver will be reporting.
What if the driver doesn't show up?
Just in case driver fails to show up or refuses after the booking. We will asign you a new driver in no time.
Do I need to register on your site to book a driver?
Registration prior to booking is optional, however while making the booking you will automatically be registered with us.
Which are the locations of operation at the moment?
Currently we are operating only in Delhi and NCR.
is there any surcharge applied to my standard fare?
Yes if you book a driver for more than 8 hours, for every additional hour you have to pay 100 rs each. Also night hours (After 10 PM) will be charged at 100 rs per hour.
